What is Campus Hub?

Campus Hub is the student community for Pakistani universities. It brings discussions, blogs, mentors, jobs, channels, campus tools, events and an AI helper (Nova) into one place.

Who can sign up?

Anyone with a Google account can sign in. Full posting access unlocks with any verified Pakistani university email (@*.edu.pk, e.g. @uog.edu.pk, @nust.edu.pk, @lums.edu.pk). Gmail accounts can still read public content and apply to internships.

No, it's an independent student project by Ali Raza. We're not affiliated with any university administration.

How do I install Campus Hub as an app?

On Android/desktop Chrome, use the browser menu → Install app. On iPhone Safari, use Share → Add to Home Screen. Once installed it opens fullscreen like a native app.

How do I start a topic?

Click New post in the sidebar (or the + button on mobile), pick a category, write in Markdown, and publish. Toggle 'This is a question' so people can mark an accepted answer.

Can I post anonymously?

Yes, toggle 'Post anonymously' before publishing. Your username is hidden from everyone except admins (kept for moderation only). Likes and accepted-answer notifications are suppressed on anonymous posts.

How do mentions work?

Type @ at the start of a line or after a space to bring up the mention picker. Writing @ inside an email or URL won't trigger it.

Why was my post removed?

Moderators can block content that breaks the rules and the reason appears at the top of the post. If you think it was a mistake, use the feedback form.

How do I start my own blog?

Open My Blog, enable it and pick your subpath. Your posts live at /b/your-username and appear in the global Blogs feed.

Medium-style reactions on blog posts. One reaction per person per post, but you can switch. Claps count toward the writer's reputation and weekly leaderboards.

Weekly / monthly / all-time score uses claps × 3 + comments × 2 + views × 0.1. See the writers leaderboard and the overall Hall of Fame.

Publish on consecutive days to keep your writing streak alive on your blog dashboard. Daily visits also build a private visit streak shown on your profile.

Browse /mentors, open a profile and hit Request mentorship. You'll get notified when they accept or decline.

Students list affordable services and items, tutoring, design, used books, etc. Contact happens through the listing; payments happen outside Campus Hub.

Yes, to keep things free we cap AI calls per minute and per session. If you hit the limit, give it a minute and try again.

No. Your messages aren't published. We send them to our AI provider only to generate the answer.

Yes, open Settings → Layout & Focus to hide individual home strips or sidebar / More items. Preferences are per-device (saved locally).

Notifications auto-delete after 3 days, and disappear immediately when you mark them as read.

Usernames are locked after onboarding to prevent impersonation. Display name, bio, banner, interests and links are all editable.
